My child attended CKids After School in the past, how is this year different?
This year we are thrilled to be adding to the program. In the past we offered 20-25 Mondays of CKids Enrichment. This year we are offering CKids After School Monday- Thursday.
Can my child continue with the Monday program only?
Absolutely! Mondays will remain the same as previous years. (We will open earlier for children that are enrolled in After School) This year we will begin in September bringing the total days of the enrichment program to 30!
I see transportation is an option, can you share more details?
CKids After School offers private school pickups by a staff member for students enrolled in the full 4 day program. Please reach out to discuss more details.

3:30-4:00 Homework Help, Free play & Snack
4:00-4:30 Aleph Champ/ Hebrew Reading
4:30- 4:45 Davening circle
4:45- 5:20 CKids Curriculum/Special (Music/art/cooking etc.)/ Parsha Play
5:20-5:30 Wrap Up and dismissal
Do I need to send a snack?
Kosher snacks will be provided daily for your child. Dinners are offered on Mondays only from 5:30-5:45
Does CKids After School offer care on Early Release Days & Vacation Days?
Currently we are closed on early release days & vacation days. We hope to offer care for early release days & vacation days in the future!
What is CKids After School policy regarding snow days/ increment weather?
CKids After School will follow Orange Public School Closure decisions. In the case of a closure, we will notify parents via email.
What if my child will be absent?
Dismissal changes must be reported directly to CKids After School by phone or email. Please contact us in advance if there is be any change on any particular day with your child’s arrival or dismissal!
Who can pick up my child from CKids After School and how can I add someone to my child’s pick-up list?
Only the primary and secondary account holders, emergency contacts, and authorized pick-up individuals listed in your child's enrollment may sign out your child from After School
Will my child do their homework?
CKids After School will provide a quiet space where students can focus on their homework. We will encourage but not require students to complete their work, please be sure to check with your child that they've completed their homework. Staff will be provided for homework support.
